NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT

At each Annual Meeting three participating members are elected to serve a three-year term on the nine-member Board of Directors. Terms are expiring for current Board members Eric Hermesch, Seneca; Roger Macke, Baileyville; and Leo Niehues, Corning.

Thanks goes to Eric Hermesch who has served on the Board of Directors for the past six years. Eric has decided not seek another term on the Board of Directors.

Nominating committee members for this year are Eric Hermesch Seneca, and Greg Niehues, Corning. The nominees from the committee for election for a three-year term on the Board of Directors will be:

Leo Niehues, Corning: Leo is a lifetime resident of the Corning area. Leo is a grain farmer and has livestock. Leo farms with his brother Frank. Leo is a member of St. Bede’s church in Kelly, is also a member of the St. Bede’s Knights of Columbus.

Roger Macke, Baileyville: Roger is a lifetime resident of the Baileyville area. Roger and his wife Karen have five children and two grandchildren. Roger attended B&B High School. Roger is a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Baileyville, Baileyville Knights of Columbus and is a Baileyville Benefit committee member. Roger is a grain farmer and has a cow herd with feedlot. Roger farms and raises cattle between Seneca and Baileyville with his two sons.
David Lueger, Seneca: David has been in the Kelly community for 39 years,. David and his wife Ashley have four children Katelynn, Hannah, Olivia & Audrey. David is a member of St. Bede’s Catholic Church, Kelly, and Parish Council President; Knights of Columbus-4th Degree Member. David is a beef livestock and grain farmer. Also work in sales at AgSynergy.
