Jeff joined RWD No. 3 in 2001 as the assistant system operator. In June, 2021 Jeff was promoted to the Manager and Lead Operator. Jeff holds and maintains a State of Kansas Class II Water Operator Certification. He attends continuing education hours to keep up on the latest water quality regulations. Jeff's duties include he day to day management for the water district; maintenance, budgeting, water quality. Jeff reports irectly to the 9-member Board of Directors and provides reports at their monthly meeting.
Gerard started in June, 2021 as a full time employee for Nemaha Rural Water No.3; District Operator, his duties will include general maintenance and repairs, water quality testing and sampling, meter maintenance, locate tickets. Gerard is a graduate of Manhattan Area Technical College, Highland Community Collège, & B&B graduate.
Laurie joined RWD No., 3 in June of 2016. Laurie's duties include accounts receivable; accounts payable; general record keeping; assisting manager with reports; Customer relations contact person; and attends monthly meetings of the 9-member Board of Directors, recording minutes under the direction of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
