Jeff joined RWD No. 3 in 2001 as the assistant system operator. In June 2021 Jeff was promoted to Manager and Lead Operator. Jeff holds and maintains a State of Kansas Class II Water Operator Certification. He attends continuing education hours to keep up with the latest water quality regulations. Jeff's duties include the day-to-day management of the water district; maintenance, budgeting, and water quality. Jeff reports directly to the 9-member Board of Directors and provides reports at their monthly meeting.
Gerard started in June 2021 as a full-time employee for Nemaha Rural Water No.3; District Operator, his duties will include general maintenance and repairs, water quality testing and sampling, meter maintenance, locate tickets. Gerard is a graduate of Manhattan Area Technical College, Highland Community Collège, & B&B graduate.
Laurie joined RWD No., 3 in June of 2016. Laurie's duties include accounts receivable; accounts payable; general record keeping; assisting the manager with reports; Customer relations contact person; and attending monthly meetings of the 9-Member Board of Directors, recording minutes under the direction of the Secretary of the Board of Directors
Kylee joined RWD No. 3 in August of 2025. Kylee's duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, general record keeping, assisting the manager with reports, Customer relations contact person, and attending monthly meetings of the 9-Member Board of Directors, recording minutes under the direction of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Carter joined RWD No.3 in May of 2026 for summer help with auditing meters and helping the operators. He also helped out with mowing the well sites and likes traveling around our 600-700 miles of water lines in Brown County, Nemaha County, and Marshall County.
