NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT At each Annual Meeting three participating members are elected to serve a three-year term on the nine-member Board of Directors. Terms are expiring for current Board members Eric Hermesch, Seneca, Leo Niehues, Corning; and Roger Macke, Baileyville. Thanks goes to Eric Hermesch who has served on the Board of Directors for the past six years. Eric has decided not to seek another term. Nominating committee members for this year are Eric Hermesch, Seneca, and Greg Niehues, Corning.
