2027-2028 water packets were mailed October 29,2026

The new packet for 2027-2028 has been mailed.  The USPS bulk mail schedule is, most of the time very slow.  However, from the phone calls and customers dropping off the November payments, RWD3 is hearing that some have arrived. 
Some customers have multiple accounts, and they may not all arrive on the same day. If you are missing a packet or have not received the packet by December 21, 2026, please call/text 785-336-3522 or email office@nemaharuralwater3.com.
