You can print, fill out and return the Contact Information Form with your monthly payment.
Note that you can also provide us with contact information for an employee, family member or person that may need to know if the service will be shut down for maintenance or repairs. Unless otherwise noted, RWD No. 3 will not be authorized to discuss account information with this person. It will be only be used to keep you updated about service outages for repairs or maintenance and attempts to contact you directly are unsuccessful. Examples where this may be important include livestock caretakers, in-house child care providers, and for other family members living in the same household.
